General Principles of Data Processing
We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and to deliver our content and services. As a general rule, personal data is processed only with the consent of the data subject. Exceptions apply where prior consent is not practicable and processing is permitted by law.
The legal bases for processing are Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract), Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation), and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests).

Hosting (Strato)
This website is hosted by STRATO AG, Pascalstraße 10, 10587 Berlin, Germany. When you access our website, the hosting provider automatically collects and stores the following data in server log files:
- IP address of the requesting device (anonymised)
- Date and time of access
- Name and URL of the file retrieved
- Volume of data transferred
- Browser type and version, and operating system
- Referrer URL (previously visited page)
Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website). Log files are deleted automatically after a maximum of 7 days. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with STRATO.
Contact
Contact Form (Formspree)
When you submit an enquiry via our contact form, the information you provide — including your contact details — is stored for the purpose of processing your request and handling any follow-up questions.
The form is processed via Formspree, Inc., 2261 Market Street #4990, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA. Formspree transmits the submitted data to our email address in encrypted form. A data processing agreement is in place with Formspree. Any transfer of data to the USA is carried out on the basis of the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).
Data collected via the contact form is retained until you request its deletion, withdraw your consent to storage, or the purpose for which it was stored no longer applies. Mandatory statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).
